IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment

Our car park is strictly for pick up only. Alternatively, you can find up to 2 hours of free parking on nearby side streets or use the Q Car Park located in Eaton Place. 

You are also welcome to bring one chaperone with you if required; however, we can only allow one chaperone per patient and no additional family members or friends.

UNDERSTANDING THE EXTRACTION PROCEDURE FOR LOCAL ANESTHETIC PATIENTS ONLY

Your treatment will be carried out under a Local Anaesthetic (an injection administered into the gum to numb the area). As you will be awake for the procedure, you will be able to drive to and from the clinic, as long as you feel well enough to do so. 

EATING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTHENT FOR LOCAL ANAESTHETIC PATIENTS ONLY

We advise our patients to eat a small meal before their procedure. This should hopefully prevent any side effect from the local Anaesthetic, such as: Nausea & Dizziness. You can also drink liquids as normal.

MAKE US AWARE OF ANY MEDICATION YOU MAY TAKE

The following medications MUST be highlighted when confirming your appointment.

BLOOD THINNING MEDICATIQNS

• Warfarin
• Rivaroxiban
• Apixiban
• or any other blood thinning/anti-coagulant medications.

BISPHOSPHONATES

• Alendronic Acid
• or any other bisphosphonates (Usually used to treat Osteoporosis)

PLEASE NOTE: FAILURE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY RESULT IN YOUR REFERRAL BEING REJECTED.
